Appointments

After booking, you will receive an appointment confirmation along with any required intake and consent forms. Please complete all forms prior to your appointment so we can devote your scheduled time to your consultation and treatment.

Appointment reminders will be sent 24 hours before your scheduled visit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your booking deposit and will require a new deposit before another appointment can be scheduled.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other patients. If your appointment must be rescheduled due to a late arrival, a new booking deposit may be required.

Booking Deposits

A $50 booking deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward the cost of your scheduled service.

Deposits are non-refundable. With appropriate notice, eligible deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment in accordance with our cancellation policy.

No-Shows

Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of your booking deposit. A new deposit will be required before scheduling another appointment.

Treatment Eligibility

Patient safety always comes first. Receiving a consultation does not guarantee that treatment will be performed. Treatment may be postponed or declined when the provider determines that a service is not medically appropriate, safe, or aligned with your treatment goals.

Results & Expectations

Individual results vary. During your consultation, we will discuss appropriate treatment options, expected outcomes, potential risks, aftercare, and whether a particular service is right for you.
